Membership
The JFK Federal Fitness Center offers membership to Federal government employees.
Membership rates are $195 per year.
How to join
- Sign up online — complete a short form and accept the membership waiver.
- Pay your dues — securely by credit or debit card through PayPal.
- You will then be provided an access code for the entrance door — a board member emails it to you directly.
Board review: online sign-up replaces the old paper membership application. Please confirm whether a signed paper liability waiver is still required on file (common for gyms), or the online waiver checkbox is sufficient.
Club rules
All members agree to the center's membership rules and liability waiver at sign-up.
